Order Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • To cancel, contact our Customer Service team (see “Returns Policy” below), email us at info@cerlu.online, or write to us at:
    1575b London Road, London, SW16 4AA.
  • You’ll need to return the item at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at purchase) within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Use a reliable delivery service and keep proof of return. If we don’t receive the item, we may not be able to refund you.
  • If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
  • If it has already been dispatched, the return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Refunds are made using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • If the product is not returned in its original condition (e.g. tags removed, packaging damaged, missing parts), we may reduce or refuse your refund.

Returns Policy

  • If there’s a fault or issue with your item, let us know by using the contact form at cerlu.co.uk or emailing info@cerlu.online.
  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.
  • Faulty items after this period may still be covered under warranty.
  • In December, returns are extended to 31st Dec to cover holiday purchases.
  • When reporting a fault, please include a photo or video showing the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label. Please send the item back using that.
  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the return process.
