1. Pricing
- All prices on our website include VAT (if applicable), but exclude delivery charges.
- If VAT changes after your order but before dispatch, we will adjust your payment unless you’ve already paid in full.
- Payment is taken when we dispatch your order. You own the item once payment is complete.
- Late payments may incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
2. Product Info
- We are not the product manufacturer unless stated.
- Colours and packaging may differ slightly from what’s shown online.
- We may make small product changes due to legal or technical updates that don’t affect functionality.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed same or next business day.
- Orders after 4pm GMT or on weekends/holidays are processed next business day.
- Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout and include VAT.
4. Delays or Issues
- If delays happen due to circumstances outside our control, we’ll inform you and aim to minimise impact.
- You can cancel and get a refund if the delay is substantial.
5. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
- Email info@cerlu.online or post your cancellation to 1575b London Road, London, SW16 4AA.
- Return the product within 14 days at your own cost (unless we offered free returns).
- Use a reliable delivery service and keep proof of postage.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return.
- We only refund standard delivery charges, not extra services.
- If the item is returned used or damaged, we may reduce your refund.
6. Returns & Faulty Products

- Include a photo/video of the issue if possible.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label once we confirm the issue.
- Updates will be provided throughout the process.
7. Warranty
- 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults (excludes misuse or wear & tear).
- Follow the returns process for warranty claims.
8. Your Legal Rights
- 30 days: Full refund for faulty goods.
- 6 months: If the product can’t be repaired/replaced, you get a full refund.
- 6 years: You may be entitled to a partial refund if the product doesn’t last a reasonable time.
9. Product Use
- Products are for home/home-office use only.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Modifications may void warranty and return rights.
10. Customs & International Orders
- Orders outside the UK may incur customs duties/taxes, which you are responsible for.
- Customs rules vary by country; check with your local office.
11. Ending Our Contract
- We can cancel our contract if you don’t accept delivery within a reasonable time.
12. Our Liability
- We are not liable for unforeseeable losses, business losses, or events outside our control.
- We remain responsible for fraud or personal injury due to our negligence.
13. Children
- We don’t sell to children. Under-18s must use our site with a parent/guardian.

15. Complaints & Legal Disputes

- You can bring legal claims in the UK or your country of residence.
16. Other Terms

- This contract is between you and us. No one else has rights under it.
- If part of this contract is found invalid, the rest still applies.
